[KNOWN ISSUE] BGA Silo - Silage disappearing bug

Hello,

I was playing on American Outback, and I was filling up the silage pits when all of around 300k of silage disappeared.
I've did a quick search on the forum and I think it is related to this topic

- PC (Steam, FS17 v1.4.4.0)
- BGA Silo 1
- Issue: When filling Silo 2 all of the sudden part of the silage from silo1 disappeared. A helper in a Case IH 1455 XL (no extra implements) using Courseplay v5.01.00145 was compacting Silo1 using Transfer mode (Not silage levelling & compacting, it was already pretty level.)
Silo2 was being filled from Lizard SX 210 Twinstar with Fliegl ASS 298.
Maybe as a side note: Silo1 was as good as completely full (I think almost 1950 000l). Not sure how much compacting level was but it wasn't above 90%
- Single- or Multiplayer: Singleplayer
- Steps to reproduce: Fill Silo1 completely and compact it partially, fill silo2.

I don't know if it has anything to do with the problem but in the pictures you can see one bit of silage over the wall from silo1 and it was in that region the silage disappeared

I've already restarted the game, so I have no log of when te crash happend, but I've attached the log from after the restart.

Hi Jerom!

One quick question: How did you manage to "close" the first silo although you did not compact it 100% ?

As you can see in the attached pictures the silo hadn't been closed yet.

Still the green stuff in it.

This happened in SP right? I have been trying to reproduce this for the whole day but to no avail. This has been reported by several others but we can't seem to find the problem causing it. Can you confirm that the "empty" parts are actually missing in the fill level as well or if this is only a graphics issue? What exactly did you do in Silo 2 for it to happen and how long did it take?

Maybe sending Giants the savegame and modlist will help reproducing or finding the cause of the bug :hmm:

Yes, this was SP

The fill level dropped about 300 000 so it's not just graphical.
This was the first time Silo1 got filled. Silo2 had already been filled, fermented and sold.
I was filling Silo2 for the second time. Truck is still on the same place as the moment it happened.

About how long it took: the silage disappeared in one moment, no time passing.

Ok, from what I see you are driving the truck into the silo backwards and then unloading the whole contents in one space?

I had this also on ps4 on mustang valley ranch map but mine was spikes and not a big hole
