[WON'T FIX] All bucket attachments

None of the attachments for loaders or loading shovels so the buckets or grabs fill to maximum capacity e.g. The loading shovel siliage fork only fully to 9984 not 10000 and he 4500l bucket only fills to 4492. (Playing on console)
