Skid Steer (track) got stuck due to clipping

I was picking my skid steer up when i hit the perimeter of parking lot and my tracks clipped along the concrete edge and i was stuck. I had to use a truck to ram the skid steer in order to be able to move. The skid steer (track) is also unable to travel over the concrete edging in town

Could you please post your log file and have you tried reproducing this without any mods in your folder at all?
