[READ] AGRISEM CULTIPLOW bug

- Vehicle/Tool/Model/Object: AGRISEM CULTIPLOW PLATINUM 8M
- Issue: this subsoiler in available to use in the plowing fieldwork missions for other farmers but when trying to use it in a mission the mission progress bar doesn't fill up
- Single- or Multiplayer: single
- Steps to reproduce: find an AI owned field which needs plowing > start a mission with the AGRISEM CULTIPLOW PLATINUM 8M > play the mission, as usual, > progress bar won't fill up
- Does it happen on a standard map without mods yes/no: yes
