[READ] Rostselmash Torum 760/Draper Stream 900 problems

- Vehicle/Tool/Model/Object: Rostselmash Torum 760 & Draper Stream 900
- Issue: 1) occasionally, the Draper Stream's transport wheels don't fold properly 2) initially, the header does not fully lower 3) when the header does fully lower, it lowers to far
- Single- or Multiplayer: Single
- Steps to reproduce: connect the Draper Stream 900 to the Torum 760; fold the header's transport wheels - sometimes, the wheels will not fold properly - I cannot determine a pattern for this (seems to be unpredictable); assuming the wheels fold properly, lower the header - it will not lower fully; drive forward - as the combine moves, the header will gradually lower until it is dragging on the ground
