[KNOWN ISSUE] Vehicle very slow, no speed up

- PC/Mac/PS4/XB1: PC
- Vehicle/Tool/Model/Object: All vehicle
- Issue: The vehicles do not reach the maximum speed
- Single- or Multiplayer: SP
- Steps to reproduce:
1.- New savegame in Sovnoska (for test it).
2.- Sell all vehicle of start.
3.- Rent a Valtra S 374 with tires wide.
4.- Trottle for exit vehicleshop and... no speed up to max, with keyboard, gamepad,...
- Does it happen on a standard map without mods yes/no YES, only base game and DLC

Hi!

Can you please try reproducing this with a locked framerate at 60fps? It is a known issue that this might happen once you play with unlocked FPS.

Well, with FPS locked work fine, but this did not happen before with FPS unlocked.
