There is no way to adjust the spread of the hitching points which makes the 3M implements useless without leaving a large gap between them

Yes this is correct. This is the Gigant 800 for a working width of 8 meter. You can only mount tools with 4m working width.
Actual exists 3 basic models of the Gigant in real for work width of 8m, 10m and 12m. And between some special version like the Gigant 10 with 12m Heliodor (useable in FS17)

Manufactorer Lemken create this Gigant carriersystem for:
- disc harrow "Heliodor"
- seedbed combination "Kompaktor"
- cultivator "Smaragd"

- The Dolomit was not supported
- and no support for docking more the one tool per Attachment point


For working width 3m to 7m the different tools have there own static or foldable carrier. For example the Kompaktor Series (S, K, KA).
