Westbridge Hills (happy tractor)

Is searched around but have not seen anyone bring this up. I was using the Case Quadtrack with the large Jympa plow. When my worker gets to the end of the field he turns one way or the other to turn around. But when he stops and backs up the tractor starts wagging like a happy puppy. It backs up but very slowly. Then it pulls forward, drops the plow and continues on the next pass.it seems it only does it when the worker is backing up. I have not yet tried it with different implements or other tractors.
