[BUG] GOWEIL LT MASTER

- PC/Mac/PS4/XB1: PC
- Vehicle/Tool/Model/Object: GOWEIL LT MASTER
- Issue:With wrapper turned off the bail still gets wrapped
- Single- or Multiplayer: Single
- Steps to reproduce: Normal setup to get the machine to run, load with grass, machine bails it, then wraps it with the wrapper turned off. See picture below.

This is not a bug, it's a desidered choice: grass, chaff, manure and woodchips wrapping are mandatory, and override wrap on/off selection, only for straw and hay you can select wrapper on/off.
