[FORWARDED] MF Old Generation MF23

- PC/Mac/PS4/XB1: PS4
- Vehicle/Tool/Model/Object: MF Old Generation MF23 cultivator
- Issue: Doesn't cultivate completely. Leaves dots on the field that were not cultivated.
- Single- or Multiplayer: Single
- Steps to reproduce: Cultivate any field at any state. You can see the dots both on the field and on the map.

Besides it can not reach it's 10mph working speed. Even a 95HP tractor can only pull at 5mph.
