At the cow shed, there is an invisible collision object. Some kind of ramp?

Also milk does not sell at midnight

I can second that milk does not sell at midnight and that there is an invisible ramp/collision at the cow barn. Can't keep it clean better than 33% at best. Xbox One version.

With the update today, the collision issue at the cows barn has been fixed.

Am I missing something on selling the milk. Though this would be an easy fix with update.

Yep collision object corrected, but it still is not selling the milk.
