- Issue: Cannot enable PTO
- Single- or Multiplayer: Single
- Steps to reproduce: Set "Auto-Engine Start" to OFF, Attach tool, LB+X should enable PTO
- Does it happen on a standard map without mods yes/no: Yes

Under "Game Settings", change Automatic Engine Start to OFF
This is not an issue when set to ON.

Tool being used: JENZ HEM 583 Z (Woodchipper)
Woodchipper performs normally when attached to MAN TGS 18.480.
