Upton Farm 17 FPS drop.

Getting a very odd FPS drop if my camera is facing a certain direction. I did a clean install and no mods besides upton and the issue is still there. The direction is standing at the cow barn and face towards field 10. I am running a r7 1700 at 3.7ghz and a 1070 graphics card.
