PS4 Multi-purpose hall won't uninstall

I downloaded the multi-purpose hall a while ago to see what it was like and didn't end up having a use for it so tried to uninstall it but it won't go. I have tried several times but every time I return to the modhub it is back again. There have been a couple of updates for it and I tried installing them and then uninstalling the mod (this worked previously when I had the same issue with other mods) but it just won't delete.

Ive had half dozen over the past few months including maps. Giants looked into it but could not replicate it. I had it once on xbox but seems to be mainly a ps4 problem. It took alot of updates and uninstalls till it worked.

Yeah that's how many I have had. Sometimes the space used % stays the same and sometimes it drops by 1%. I will just have to keep trying I guess.
