Chellington V2 Bug, Cow Manure

The manure bay behind the cow shed on Chellington V2 is visually nearly empty. I can retrieve about 30 litres of poo. However the detail in the animals screen shows there is 500+ litres available (as well as plenty of straw).

As a side note the slurry silo is visually empty while have 4000+ litres.

Is anyone else experiencing? Ive been looking about for other locations the manure could be stored but cannot find another location. Pretty sure this is a Chellington bug.
