De Terra Italica (XBox One)- unable to repair vehicles

No trigger in workshop area to customize or repair vehicles. Placeable workshop gives option to customize but no option to repair vehicles.

Placeables work. The vehicle must be min. 1 day old before you can repair it!
I use the tool box!
