iOS hire helper

I am playing on iPhone and can not hire more then 4 helpers. It is driving me crazy. Is there a way to do this?

That is crazy, I could get so much more done why even buy more fields and equipment if I can’t run them

At least 6 would be better, 8 would be ideal!

4 is plenty. More would be better but then all you would do is sit there and stare at the game. What’s the fun in that
