New Specific Equipment That would Improve the Game

Post by Drinfo »

1. Fendt 1167 Vario MT tracked unit, 670 hp
2. Fendt 10T Combine with 60 ft (18.3 meter) grain head. Tests have shown that the 10T is good for 85 tonnes per hour vs the Claas 8900 TT at 70 tonnes per hour. (Averages for multi-grain harvests.)
3 MF 8740 tractor 405hp, with extra wide tires, with weights in wheels.
4. Fendt 726 tractor. 263 hp, with loader to stack round cotton bales for future sales
5.Fendt 1050 tractor 517 hp, with either extra wide tires with wheel weights or dual wheels.
Actual example of need: on field 6 a fendt 1050 (517 hp) was connected to a Bourgault FMSS CD872-8 planter (240 hp requirement) … at the turns at the end of each pass the Fendt would slide back and forth for a while before starting to move straight ahead. It had the power but not the traction.
6. ON field 10 both the Krone Big X 1180 and the Claas Jaguar 960TT (both with corn heads) would require a two to three headland pass at each end. If the headlands were cut, then the corn in those areas were very unevenly cut and/or not cut. This is strange as no other equipment required that headlands be cut.
