Browsing the forums the other night, got an idea from Guil and started working on it. Still working out some collision issues which is currently what is stopping my release of it.

Having it be a placeable would be easy but that wasn't the idea behind it. Hopefully I'll get it sorted out within the next day or so, so I can try to get it to the modhub as soon as I can.
