I don't speak Italian, but I understand a little and from what I understood from the above links, they are making two versions of the map, one high detail for high end PC's and one normal detail which will also be available for consoles
This map really looks like the Italy I've seen and I'm certainly looking forward to it as and when it becomes available. The quality of the digital art work is looking excellent !!!
There shouldn't be any need to ask if this is a DLC, because it isn't
