GreenRiver19 Map pre built Animal Pens

Having an issue with the prebuilt animal pens/Coops on Greenriver19. This may be a bug or normal system ops.
Me and some friends are playing multiplayer and we are all on separate farms. The prebuilt animal pens are only available to the admin and on the first created farm. So if the admin account is on the first created farm, the map shows all the pre built pens to be purchased. If that admin leaves that farm the pens are no longer available to any other players that are apart of that farm. If the admin creates/joins any farm created after the first, the pens will not show up on map nor can you use or purchase them. If you delete the first created farm(like starting a farm over) the map icons, purchase options, and use all dissapear and you cant get them back. This is even when the admin joins another farm.
Is this normal? Is there any work around? Any way to allow all individuals with purchase rights and thier own farm can see/use/purchase these pens. This was verified on a modded and Vanilla map on multiplayer.
