Vehicle customisation in Farming Simulator is a problem.

On FS19, I've been attempting to personalise an existing car but can't figure out what's going wrong. Except when purchasing a new vehicle, I never see a customising choice.

I set up a workshop and parked near the shop in the drop zone, but nothing happened. Because it was mapped to "B," which is also linked to other actions based on one video, I remapped the "Interact" option to something unique, but it didn't work either. The majority of the videos are for the PC or Xbox versions of the game.

Is there a remedy or a workaround for this?
