Placeables different in each map

I noticed that when playing estancio and build the farmhouse you get the farm house different then on fellsbrunn.
There are other placeables different as well.
Is there an option that giants would implement them in all the maps as placeables?
Then whe have some choice in farmhouses and other barns.
Also could the placeables like the trailer and hut that are availible on ravenport adjusted so that we can use that as our starting house and would be able to sleep in it?
