I'm not against the penalty that now comes with resetting vehicles to the shop however this used to be a way to get your vehicles into a switching order that suited you but now it seems that would be an expensive (and time-consuming) activity.

I know there was a mod to allow vehicles to be placed in groups for FS17, could you re-order them with that tool as well? Or is there a way of ordering vehicles in 19 that I've missed?

There's no way to order vehicule (except the reset trick).

The mod is not yet available for FS19, it was Vehicule Switcher or something like this I think. Pretty good mod.

I know it isn’t available yet but could it reorder or just group? Not much help to console users either way though.

I believe you can customize your vehicles to put them in order

Yes. When you customize the vehicle is reset but stays at the service point. Good way to get an order but kind of annoying when switching wheel types.

There is a mod available to PC, "vehicle sorter" I think? It allows you bring up a window and select which vehicle you want to jump into, and you can adjust the order of the list, but not the in-game "TAB" list. I think I grabbed it from modhster.de
