Don’t know for sure in ‘19, but in the past the railroad silos would. Default farm silos would not.

I wondered where to store the stuff as you can only use a small trailer with the harvester. I am currently unloading the trailer onto the ground and transferring it to a large trailer with a loader. If we could use the big Auger wagon for it that would help as it could be transferred out into a trailer when the price hits maximum. I don’t particularly like not having the large trailer for storage as I use it to transport items for immediate sale.

I know the silo's don't hold root crops/sugarcane. But, I was really hoping GIANTS would give us storage sheds specifically for this use. Kind of the ones you had on the maps in FS15 for Potato, Beets and Wood Chips. The shed that looked like one of the vehicle sheds, but... was more enclosed and had a conveyor system coming out the back close to the top to load the trailers. Or, even the Root Crop Storage Halls that Dogface did as a mod in FS17. Loved those mods, I hated having to drive to the train silos to store those crops. Loved being able to store them on the farm, keeping them near and always at the ready for transport or animal feed.

The problem with the build anything farm is your missing many placeables that let you build your farm. Root crop storage, fuel placeable, refill containers and proper barns all missing.

There is a placeable fuel tank on the mod hub

The big Randon trailers might help. You can road train 2 of them together giving a capacity of over 120,000 liters.

I have two 59,000l trailers sitting with transferred Sugar Cane (well 112,000 litres) waiting for a good price. I also have around 60% of the field still to harvest. Just as well I have withering off!

No as its like grass as you can plant it once and just keep waiting for it to be high enough to harvest or just let it sit. You would lose out on the plough benefit if you have it on and never ploughed and planted again. Sugarcane is an interesting plant in those regards but the time to harvest and the logistics are a nightmare.

Ravenport, it's near field 17. I use green trailer with 21000 liters capacity.
