Thank you and much respect to Rahkiin!! he is over in the bug reports this morning and is answering both new and old reports.
This is a great step forward to know someone at Giants is reading and acknowledging the bug reports.
Communication is a wonderful thing and hopefully will calm some of the distain in the forum.

I would like a preset bug report for consoles at least I'm not a fan of the format and having one pre made would make everything better on both ends.i suggested it awhile back to QA but never received a response.

I remember alpha testing black ops one and trying to get stuck on everything and trying to shoot through every wall and corner to see what needed to be addressed.

Ken and Lars aren’t robots, they were heavily exploited in the run up prior to release, and I’m sure they worked insane hours behind the scenes too. They need a bit of rest.

Bear with us guys. I'm currently out sick and Lis is on holiday. It's an insane amount of work to keep up with the thousands (yes, thousands) of bug reports across all language forum. Mainly doing EN and DE myself. We will need time and more manpower to manage each and every one, especially since most older reports are outdated/doubled or similar. We will get to you in time and I'm sorry if you're waiting for a reply - our small team is doing our best.

Terrible management if your whole community interaction collapses because of one holiday and one sick person
