Do you get more for Silage at the BGA than you do at the Barn?

Yes Silage at the BGA sells for 500 max where as the barn is about 400? My friend who runs a dedicated server edited the barn so the price for silage goes from 400 up to 500+ as the BGA only goes up to 50,000 and then you have to wait for an hour to be able to dump another 50,000 so becomes time consuming.

I'm averaging 246 at the Barn, but if you are correct, then it'll take weeks to recoup the cost of buying the BGA. And the Barn takes my 150000 every morning.

This was aggravating for me, not sure WHY there is the 50,000 limit but a workaround is to set the time compression while pumping silage (I use conveyors, but they are buggy as F#%K right now btw) at either 15 or 30 and then the BGA can keep up with the belts... you can also set it to 60 and the BGA will decrease the amount in the hopper. I cant quite decide if its better to just leave it at 1, let the hopper fill to about 40,000 then set compression to 30 or to leave it at 1, let it fill, then put compression at 120 till it hits zero the go back to 1, wash-rinse-repeat. Either way its a pain in the ass as I would like to set up belts and have them actually take a good 1/8th of the bunker till i have to move them again while I am doing OTHER things on the farm...

it may depend on what level you are playing, on new farmer(PS4) I made a 63 silage bales, I bought the BGA just to see what the price was, the barn was more than the BGA, so I sold it and took them to the barn.

I did loose out on the digestate but don't care about that at this point.

And now they have changed the prices (playing on normal) The barn is currently selling at 259 (its going up) and the BGA is constantly stuck on 360... Not sure why they changed it to be honest. However someone has found a way you can increase the limit on silage from 50k to whatever you want https://www.reddit.com/r/farmingsimulat ... _bpa_sell/
