I don't understand why I can't put my garage there, terrain is 100% flat

Another bug, my voxel cursor have a strange form. At the beginning of my game I was with the square shape on my voxel but now I have a sort of "L" when I use it lol

Aye, I was having this same trouble a little while ago. Spent nearly $250,000 clearing and leveling some land to place my house and a couple sheds. Got the house down, but... none of the sheds wanted to go into the spot. Kept saying cannot flatten land, now... I'm quite sure that land was flat . Also, near where I wanted to put the house had a random hill right in the middle of the flattened land. Looked like a giant pimple sitting there. It kept saying cannot terraform this land. , Hopefully it's just bugs that will be sorted soon enough.

There are placeable restriction layers that are painted on the terrain but are invisible when playing that will not allow a placeable to be set if you are on top of it. The place anywhere mod I believe eliminates this condition.
