Seeders that Fertilize

Post by PoggleBox »

Seeders, like the Agro Masz Salvis 3800 or the Amazone Condor 15001 can fertilize at the same time as seeding. Is there any way to turn off the fertilizing when you take a seeding contract? ATM I'm unloading the seeder which removes the seed and fertilizer. Then only putting seed back in until I need the fertilizer for my own crops. No point in throwing that hard earned money away!

Not without mods like proseed, which aren't out yet for 19.

Yeah, I just don’t load fertilizer if I don’t need it. I just look at it as forcing me to follow reality a little more since you wouldn’t want to leave fertilizer in the machine indefinitely anyway. You’d waste fuel and make the tractor work harder to drag it around, plus it would probably cake up from moisture and start to damage the seeder over time.

^^ya I found this out too, don't fill it with fertilizer and you can still hire a worker. This was most defiantly a step in the right direction.
