Grass, Bushes, Trees and more of that needed !

Post by Sincx »

Hopefully in a shortwhile a patch will land or a supported mod to add Grass, Bushes, Trees, Rocks, Logs and what not !!

Really missing this in the basegame now and considering how they want you to think you can fully customize your farm it should have been in there from the start to be honest.

For now we have to make do with the terraforming which deletes your grass growth ( there is a work around but I really can't be asked after terraforming half a map !! ) and some mods to add objects and trees.

I agree with this. Giants says' "make your own farm'. Then they turn around and take away trees and other cool place-ables. Hats off for the terraforming features, however. After I completely reworked the land for my farm I did plant pine trees around the farm. Would be nice to have oak and maple trees along with bushes.

I know that Giants probably won't make a gravity wagon, but I love to read the responses.

Yep same, it needs this. Also fencing, fencing is needed. Pine trees are really boring.

Yeah I hope we get rocks and trees at some point. Would like to line my new gravel paths with nice size boulders or rocks.

Those of us console players will use up all of our slots just placing trees and rocks...who needs equipment anyway.

I have just finished terraforming my farm and could not figure out how to insert the grass back. Is there any way to do this?

Only way is to plow, plant grass, delete plowed area with roller before grass grows back. The grass will then grow up through the roller area.

As someone else mentioned rocks would be really cool, keep the workers out of some areas
