If your not gonna build your own, my suggestion is to buy from digitalstorm.

As for monitor, i prefer a samsung 40" uhd tv.

I like Digital Storm too - but be prepared for a 3-4 week delivery. They don't build until they get an order, and they test at every stage of the assembly.

Few years ago my last computer, the PSU up and died not before gifting me one last screw you by surging and taking my motherboard and GPU with it. Well my wife trying to be the wonderful woman she is. Went on one of her favorite buy now pay later sites, Fingerhut. Well needless to say when I was trying to gather up money and pricing all the components I would need and wanted. This big ass box shows up after work one day. I open it to find one of these monstrosites.
Yeah I had to swallow hard and a few times my disappointment, pride and the urge to cus and yell. I just did my best to say thank you honey in my happiest voice I could possibly muster. Wife asked if I liked it and of course all I could say was "yes I love it". This thing wasn't the worst but it was far from what I was going to pay and get myself. Tbh I am still paying for it today. It cost $1500 and came pretty much all weak side mid grade components.

i5-7400 3 GHz
GTX 1060 3 GB
12 GB unknown brand ram
Some kind of hybrid SATA HDD/SDD 1TB/128GB According to the info I could find on it at the time.
All on a Gigabyte motherboard.

So this is what I am still using since I can't afford to upgrade anything yet. Surprisingly this thing has done well for itself I can play most non Triple A games on High to Ultra setting and still pull 50 to 60 fps. Course that was all at 1080p, I just got myself a new 32" Phillips 1440p monitor i found on sale for $280 a few weeks ago this thing is surprising me again. Its still chugging away at 50-60 fps on most of my games, and they look absolutly beautiful. Then my wife let me have an early Christmas present a PS4 non-pro and Red Dead 2. So I have been using this monitor to play that on and it looks wonderful too. Just wish she would of spent the extra 100 and got the pro.
Anyways, I can say this thing has been pulling its weight but not 1500 worth of weight. This setup though you can get cheap now and I get 60 fps in FS19 at 1440p most times.

Try taking a look at this series from LTT if you are not up to assemble it your self. You get a pretty good idea of what to expect in the future dealings with the sellers.

The computers they buy is good enough to play FS19 without a problem.

I just built a new computer for my daughter which cost around $1,100. This price range plus a few more would be about right for a decent computer. Of course the overall pricing would depend the components used.

Example: The computer is using the following.
Gigabyte's Aorus H370 board which includes wifi.
Intel's 8600 I5 processor(no overclock).
16gb of memory.
256gb ssd along with a 2 terabyte hard drive.
Nvidia's 1050Ti.

The above I consider the core components since I also had to get a case along with the operating system and other items. This system is totally new, but if you are upgrading your current system then the above price would definitely be under $1,000.

I would make sure to get at least 256gb SSD storage and a 1tb of hdd if you don’t have the funds to go with 1tb of SSD. Also if you like modding or mess with it much at all get an I7 over an I5. It will multitask better. I recommend getting the best GPU you can possibly afford. For example if means only running 16b of ram for the short term but you can jump from a 2080 to a 2080ti. It’s much easier to add ram in a month or two when funds allow then to sell a used graphics card and upgrade.

That was desktops. These laptops are the same exact chassis and components that other re-sellers sell. The only thing Walmart does is add the memory and storage. You'll never find a better deal on a PC than this.
