I'm having issues of like slowing down or frame rate drop...

Possible. There was one mod I tried that hurt my frame rate quite a bit. Keep in mind I run at max settings at a pretty solid 60 FPS. Some mods are taxing depending on what they are.

What mod was it? I got a semi truck mod, forgot what it's called, I had it downloaded for a while and decided to buy 5 at the store and that's when I started experiencing it so I got rid of them and took the mod off, it seemed to help but the issue is still there.

Also, would internet connection do that? I'm watching Netflix right now and its slowing down and speeding up over and over, like it's my internet.

Console or PC? I have this issue alot on PS4 and I'm not alone...no mods either

Also on xbox one x for me, seems to be when I progress and have more equipment or to many helpers, ok when I stick with basic start. ( No mods installed )

If you are on PC ... try deleting the contents in the shader_cache folder ...
Sometimes this helps (for me, especially if there are several files in that folder).

If you do this you could have some lag initially, as the cache is building up again ... but it will soon go away.

This is my first "go to" if I get lag ... and usually it´s a fix.

Old Xbone here an as I get a lot of equipment an workers the more it lags.It seems mods or not ??????

Without more information about your setup it will be impossible for others to provide useful suggestions that might help.

Therefore please post the log.txt of the game, so that others can get a better idea what‘s going on (see the link ‚log.txt‘ in my signature).

Never mind I found it. There were only 3 things in there, I deleted them
