Contract Reimbursement when owning equipment

Can i just confirm that this is correct:

When you own the equipment there is not reimbursement for seeds, fertilizer etc?

Is this correct, or a bug?

That's correct you're using your own seed. You do get to keep what is left over

That is correct because you're not returning the equipment back to the shop when you're done with it.
