I Bet you are planting grass seeds and the weeds are staying put.

I think that no-till sowing machines can't cultivate weeds. Even though they are part classed as cultivator, the only thing you can use to cultivate weeds is a cultivator. I found that out when I cultivated some weeds in and thought hmm...would a direct-drill cultivate weeds and sown your seeds? Well unfortuantly no it doesn't.

I've found that even the Amazone Condor will not remove weeds if you sow grass. Cereals, Soybeans it does but grass no.

Yup you guys guessed correct. The cultivator seeder wont remove weeds. Very annoying and unrealistic IMO.

I wonder if it’s because you were planting a cover crop, although not sure why that should make a difference.

Also when you plant osr with that planter, does it fertilise at the same time? And is that any benefit?

I had oat in that field already plowed the field and now planting radish for fertilizer. The weed is at stage one....also on my other field same problem with weed stage 2.

But does it fertilise the OSR or can you turn it off? Just think it would be a waste of fertiliser.

BINGO when I switched to normal crops the weed got removed. So apparently you cant remove weed while planting cover crops. I guess the logic might be since you are going to cultivate the cover crops anyway you will destroy the weed then.

It does fertilize and I dont think you can turn it off unless you dont refill it.

Well, afaik the model of the Fendt has no front PTO, so that front attachment should not be working at all
