Placeble grass, trees and bushes?

Dear Giants
Could we please have a mod with placeable grass, trees and bushes?
When our farm is terraformed the grass and bushes disappear and if I make a nice courtyard, then an Oaktree standing in the middle would be nice.
It would also personalize our farm even more if we could place down the same kind of trees as else where on the map. For example a nice birch avenue
I hope you will give us a mod like this.
