Are Workers Stupid?

Are they? I mean I was picking up some round straw bales off my field whilst the worker was seeding it. They were neatly stacked in rows of 6 (that's all the flatbed can hold). I was at the other of the field and the worker came up the next row with a little surprise. 2 round bales were stuck on the front of the tractor. He turned around leaving them in my dam (that mod is the best ) drove off down the next pass. Then I thought I better go check out the other pile and I found all 4 had been knocked over on the train tracks. So I grabbed the telehandler to go pick them up and by the time I got back the train had smashed them across the road onto the next field! Has anyone else had a hire worker create some sort of frustrating moment? Post your screenshot with the tag: #hireworkerfrustrations. Yes they are stupid.
No they don't provide me with frustrating moments, cause I don't use them.

Real life workers are sometimes not much better than these in game ones.
