It hasn't rained in weeks

47 game days, 404 game hours, and I'm just now getting my second rain on Ravenport.

Rain has always been very rare in FS. This is not a bug nor anything new...

Four thousand hours in FS13 through FS19, ten days since the last rain is quite rare, and a 47-hour rainfall starting on day 5 was unprecedented, breaking my previous record by 40 hours. But I just got the bigger John Deere harvester and there are eight contract harvests on the board, so I’m happy to see sunshine.

100 hours or so On Ravenport and it's been cloudy for the last few days but no rain at all. Not once.

You can see here, there are 3 types of weather: sun, rain, cloudy. Variation Index means the weather type, how hazy and so on.
Duration in hours. So you can see that the rain is quite rare in FS19, i checked all my savegames and RAIN was there 1-2 times only.

Here i give you some tips how to change the weather to act as you like:
Open environment.xml with notepad, change the SUN and CLOUDY to RAIN, give variantion index and duration some random numbers if you don't want all your weather looks same, then save the file and go inside the game and you have next days only raining, after 10 days, change
it again. Suggestion: put inside some random values, so it looks more real.

I would really like to see a mod, what will run before the game starts and randomize these numbers starting from next line everytime.

Problem is every time to exit game that file reset him self in not save. that file just there

I hope that this is a "feature" not a bug. Why would I enjoy 8 hours of no harvesting? A reason to FF at +120 I suppose. I am joking of course, but it's true I don't miss the rain in fs19 or rl. Right now my grass in my lawn is 16" high but I can't mow due to rain IRL. Happily I just sold $8k of wheat in my imaginary world!
