Really wish they would. A lot of farmers grow milo in my area. Milo and rice are the only two crops that are not in fs that I really want.

I wish they could add triticale, rye and buckwheat.

These are crops missing in game what grow in my area.

Nice pink growing buckwheat plants:

I would love sorghum as that's a main crop in my area, but I figure it's not a big thing worldwide like corn or soybeans so we might never get it.

Stuff I would like to see, keeping in mind that the harvesting must be mechanical:
  • Rice - would need irrigation equipment in order to flood the fields and probably some field wetness mechanic so equipment can get stuck or needs to use correct tires/tracks
  • Peas - specialty crop that can have two harvest modes (last stage of growing for fresh, harvest state for dried)
  • Almonds - starts in on orchards and a mechanical tree shaker can be used for harvesting
  • Corn fodder baling - alternative to straw for bedding and increases the value of corn beyond just silage and grain. I feel corn is under valued in the game given how poorly it competes against other grain crops due to the extra steps involved.

Rice would be awesome as it’s the cash crop on the farm I grew up around but I would have to agree they’d need to add some dynamic ground features and have some type of irrigation system cause rice has to have water and a lot of it

Watermelons, you pick them by hand and then sell them on the side of the rode.

How many different crops are there on earth, all very important and grown by a lot of farmers in a certain area in some country? 100? 200?
