The two that I drove occasionally at a former employer didn't have air ride suspension or air ride seats. I would say that those old steel leaf springs rode like a world war 2 battle tank, but I think the Shermans had a smoother ride.Dairydeere wrote: ↑Sun Jul 25, 2021 3:47 pmI wouldn't know why your kidneys are hurting, but yes, those are S1900s. Visited a farm in Utah that ran a bunch of them on all their silage wagons, complete with PTOs, hydraulics, even automatic hitches. Just found this mod while browsing the Internet, so I figured why not try this system out.

Hi, thanks, about the mud, it's such a shader, instead of scuffs from the shine, there is now a rusty metal...

Took the two SeedHawks on the long drive back to town
Made the return trip with a few more feet of seeding capacity.
I've never been able to justify owning 1 of the big Bourgaults, farming on Peace River and I need TWO with plans for a 3rd after the planned expansion next spring.

Always wanted to make some proper UK style telegraph poles and wooden 11kv powerline sets to use on my next map project.
Really gone to town on these as they are part of the countryside scenery around me so wanted to do them justice.

That is really great detail and could easily be mistaken as a real photograph.Nice job!
In my part of the US power companies keep their poles a little distance from the road way and thus ends up in a field. I have only encountered one US map that had power poles in the field to contend with. Not sure how they are placed in the UK but I liked the realism of the poles in field. Great job that will add super detail to the UK maps.

Thanks... in the UK telegraph poles always run alongside the roads, but powerlines go in more or less straight lines across fields, hills etc.Dagrump wrote: ↑Sun Aug 08, 2021 8:07 pm That is really great detail and could easily be mistaken as a real photograph.Nice job!

I actually like a field that has them in as it give it's character and is far more interesting to work.

Same here. The telegraph poles are just out of the ditch along the roads, some farmers go in and out of the poles, instead of just staying farther away in a straight line. The big high wires go they the fields.
1300 acre farm, finish out just about 10,000 hogs a year, 200 cattle, and xbox one and pc user.

WOW! That first picture - looks unbelievable realistic!BulletBill wrote: ↑Sun Aug 08, 2021 11:42 am Always wanted to make some proper UK style telegraph poles and wooden 11kv powerline sets to use on my next map project.

I also like the maps that have them, it does give a certain feel.. Don't see that much more here in Denmark, most tele- and power lines are underground now.
