Central Grain in Ravenport, no tippers

Post by Seedy »

I've been running a bunch of contract, and using the hired equipment to see how some of it works.... stupid sugar beet contract. "deliver to central grain elevator" The gave me this Krampe trailer that jacks itself up so high it hits the ceiling of the sell point way before it's done tipping. :( (the 48k semi)

Start tipping, then stop let it go down then repeat.

After assorted truck yoga-like positions I found that it is actually possible to tip a load without stuttering; but if you miss the perfect spot, you get twisted through a hyperspace anomaly and have your couch stuck permanently in the stairwell.

I've got the Mann, for my contract, it swings a bit to the left when the wheels come off the ground. Personally I've never seen a configuration like that anywhere, no truck driver would approach something like for anything, unless someone else owned the truck, and had a waiver.

Never understood why they did that. Same thing would happen in 17. Smh.

One could easily fix those issues if only the game would allow you to use the landscaping instruments where the land can't be bought. Unless you edit the maps with GE any long trailer is almost unusable.

Unless it’s for contracts, I have limits of where I sell my grain because of that right there. If I’m a smaller farm and have a pull behind trailer than I use them but if I’m using a hopper bottom I’ll only let myself take it to the ranch or the restaurant.
Ps4 realistic gameplay;
Ravenport start-from-scratch;
Absolutely love the game!
