Drop silage off to the biogas plant (you have to own it) then let it turn into digestate and voila you have digestste (aka slurry)

What do you mean exactly?

As long as your animals are well supplied (food, water, straw), they produce slurry and manure. Be aware that only pigs and cows do this.
You don't need productivity at 100% to get full slurry and manure production. For cows for example feeding gras is sufficient as long as straw and water is available.

Cows produce way more slurry and manure per animal as pigs.
As per Beta patch 1.3 the production of slurry and manure is increased. With the new values you need about 33 cows to fertilize one ha field with both manure and slurry combined. With slurry only you need about 60 cows.

With the manure trading system you can get solid manure, if you're looking for slurry maybe wait for the slurry trading mod, that was a good mod. Right now you can feed cows straw and water to get manure and slurry.

Keep your cows and pigs at 100% productivity, and you'll get slurry as fast as possible. The more animals you have, the more slurry you get.
