What vehicle company did Giants base the pick-up trucks in FS19 off of. Serious answers only. Thank you.

I doubt if you'll get a serious answer due to licencing restrictions. They're hardly going to admit to ripping off a certain brand if there is no licence in the game for it.

Obviously, the pickups are Lizard brand which means they are imaginary representations.

The big pickup is more based off a Ford 150 than anything. That being said, it's not a Ford.

the small one is a mix of an S10 and a Mazda thingy, i have no clue on the newer one, its not as good as it was last year though

The old one reminds me of a '70s era chevy truck someone I know used to drive.

When I look the old 1978 pickup it reminds me the front grill of Peugeot 505.

On the 2014 pickup when I look at the black mask on its front grill, I get the feeling that if I remove that black mask I will find a Toyota badge under.

I thought it sort of looked like a Nissan titan.

It is quite clearly a Toyota Tundra.... Not what I prefer but it'll do lol. 17 was an F-150, and 15 IIRC was a mid 2000's dodge ram. I kind of wish they had a little more options in that department to be honest. Seems like the one category in the whole shop that could actually have a little bit more choice to it. The older trucks in the game are simply the older version of each. In this game it's an 80's or a 90's Toyota... 17 was a 79-89ish F-150, etc..

Thanks for the responses because it seems to be a wery hot topic. I too believe the trucks are slightly based on a Toyota Tundra and Toyota small pick up. Hope we get a truck like we got in FS 17 last year. I enjoy the 5th wheel trailer as well.

Toyota Tundra and Chevy Luv/Mazda Courier*. I’ve seen the old school Toyotas IRL, and I don’t see the resemblance.

*They weren’t twins, but they look pretty similiar.

Reminds me of a 78 Ford Courier. My friend had one we used cruise in without doors. Hillbilly Jeep at it's finest.

New one looks like a hodgepodge of asian stuff witha crappy headache rack, wouldnt be caught dead in that in stuff irl lol. American trucks only, except for ford lol
