How is mp working? Can I have a savegame where its only me playing, and occasionally playing with a friend?

Do I need a dedicated server or whats the difference between having it and not?

Any major difference in gameplay from sp?

MP works great.

Always start the game in multiplayer, even when playing solo, and you can save and friend can join at any time in the future.

Dedicated server is not needed.

Difference from single player is others can either join your farm or you can have separate farms on the map.

I’m trying to play on multiplayer but it makes me save game after 15mins and tells me that no connection but I still have internet on on Xbox one can anyone help

When playing on a multiplayer savegame; do all the players need to have all the same mods, or is it enough that all have whats actually in use? I.e if there is a tractor-mod held by the main player, where the tractor is not in use in the farm, do all players need that mod?

Everyone needs to have the same mods to play together
