If you're on pc you can go back through the previous savegames which can be found in the farming simulator folder. Can someone on pc please explain how to do this cause I'm on console but have had a little bit of experience in backing up saved games on pc
I'm glad I'm not the only one who does this. I turn autosave off just in case I want to experiment with something, but I hit the dreaded quit button by mistake at least once a week lol. It's especially fun after you just got done plowing a nice, big field with a 2m plow.
Too bad you have to open the menu to get it to actually work, not very auto imo.
ok xbox there is a autosave, however unlike most games were saves seem seamless, in FS19 it is a little annoying so a lot of people turn it off like myself, as i have done the same thing, however the fact it does not ask is a bug, because if you notice sometimes it will ask you if your sure you want to quit then others it just lets you quit, i wonder if this is one of the bugs that will be fixed? however i now make it a habit to save after every major job i have done!
When i play on xbox it seems to have a 5-10 minute buffer after saving where it will not pop up the notification. I use auto save on 15 minute intervals and it will not ask if im sure i want to quit unless it has passed this buffer time. Not sure if this helps.
I think that is in addition to autosave, as I have mine set on 15mins and around that time the is a very brief pause in play which I assume is the autosave kicking in. I have also heard streamers say they disable autosave to stop the brief pause whilst they are streaming.
