I had something like that happen on I think Ravenport.
What I did was I saved then restarted farm sim and I was able to reset it back to the shop.

I haven’t watched the video but if your tractor vanished and got stuck underneath the ground nearby then that happened to me too on ravenport I couldn’t tab to mine either until I restarted the game

Happened to me lastnight on Mercury just after I'd used the placesble bale sell point . Tractor and baler just vanished and I ended up on other side of map. Managed to get baler back but lost the tractor. Sold bale sell point an had no further issues finishing the baling. Not sure if it was the sell point that glitches it but was the only thing I'd installed and never had any issues before that.
