€2000 ?
Why, you get a fantastic PC for €1000 + Monitor/Keyboard/Mouse (maybe €300-500 more).

Don't go Lenovo, Dell, HP, etc. Find an enthusiast PC component shop (usually online). They typically sell custom built machines. This way you will get a PC that has better quality on Power Supply for example, and most likely motherboard as well. The abiilty to upgrade in the future will also be much better. Currently the best value for money is an AMD CPU, like Ryzen 5 2600 for example. And Nvidia GPU, like the GTX 1070 or 1070Ti. The newer ones are more expensive, and faster... but less value for money if you ask me.

You can get a top end PC for that money. Always go best graphics you can afford and at least an i5 but with 2000 euros, get an i7. 8gb min ram but go for 16gb. I’ve got a 4K tv and use that but if you haven’t, a decent monitor too.
You can build it yourself cheaper but I bought mine in a store. Way easier and you know everything works straight away.
Good luck ! It’s a different game on PC.

Firstly, a couple of threads from a couple of months back that might help

Now onto an actual suggestion, if you aren't up to building your own I would go for a built to order rather than a PC World (or whatever your local example is). I will use Scan as an example supplier, I've used them myself for over 10 years and trust their support. I am not linked to them in any way.

If I was going to spend the money:

For £1350 - Base Specs (https://www.scan.co.uk/3xs/configurator ... ncegtkz170)
Intel Core i5 9600K Six Core (overclocked to 5GHz)
ASUS Prime Z370-P II, Intel Z370 Chipset
16GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000MHz
6GB EVGA RTX 2060
256GB Samsung SSD
2TB Seagate Barracuda HDD
Microsoft Windows 10 64bit & 3 Year Premium Warranty

I would probably pay the extra £140 for a RTX2070 graphics card, so you are looking at £1500.

If you are going to build your own you could probably save a bit with a bit of fiddling around and looking for deals/bundles. For example, there are sellers of Win10pro for about £30 which are a little 'grey' but can be reliable.

Edit: In response to the 10-series Nvidia cards vs the 20-series cards. The older cards will run most, if not all, of what is available right now but these cards are 18-36 months old (1070 - Jun'16, 1070ti - Nov'17), so you are buying old tech. If you really don't want to buy a new series card buy a second hand older card.

If you only plan to run FS19 the above specs are overkill but it's still minimum I would aim for so it would last a long time. I'm currently using an i7-8800k and RTX2070 at 4k and the limitation in FS19 seems to be the game engine, it will never use the full power despite the game FPS sometimes dropping, but maybe Giants will fix the engine at some point.

I played FS on both PC and console and personally enjoy it more on console. I sure do miss some stuff though. I've seen some decent builds on Amazon for much less than you're looking at. It doesn't take a NASA supercomputer to run FS.
FS22 is the best one yet. Fight me!

Laptops and gaming don't really go hand in hand, yes you can spend a fortune on one with good specs but heat will always be an issue with laptops. It will be at least 125% of a pc for a comparable laptop.

I played FS15 on a regular old Dell Inspiron laptop from Walmart on medium to high settings (depending on map). Obviously 19 is going to be more taxing, but it still doesn't take a super powerful machine.

There's nothing to agree or disagree with lol, Laptops are far more expensive for the same spec.

I've just paid £230 for a recon Thinkpad and it plays FS19 ... not amazingly well but it plays. My previous PC was £260 from Dell Outlet to which I added £85 RAM and £160 video card - it played very well indeed.

Please, by all means put your point across. We don't need to argue but show me a laptop of a certain spec and I guarantee you and equivalent pc will be about 80% of the price, maybe a little more or less. It's the price to pay for portability.
