We're use to playing on Xbox one so I'm sure 1080p at 50-60 fps will be an upgrade from what we're use to.L2K Perma wrote: ↑Mon Jul 29, 2019 5:25 pmShould be able to play 1080p at the highest settings from the looks of it. I'm not sure what you're framerate you're thinking of but for double the budget of this pc you'd be easily able to game in 4k 60fps. You could go with the new RX 5700 XT for $450 or the new RTX 2070 Super for around $500, though in benchmarks of pure performance, the RX beats out the RTX. Alternatively you could go with the RTX 2080 Super for $700

I can tell you, it will be. While I can't say for 19 to 19, but from 17 on Xbox to 19 on PC, world of difference.Jballak9197 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 29, 2019 5:31 pmWe're use to playing on Xbox one so I'm sure 1080p at 50-60 fps will be an upgrade from what we're use to.L2K Perma wrote: ↑Mon Jul 29, 2019 5:25 pmShould be able to play 1080p at the highest settings from the looks of it. So what is a good controller for pc that would be similar to an Xbox one controller?

Since you're going for PC, I'd recommend getting a 900 degrees steering wheel.Jballak9197 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 30, 2019 6:42 am So what is a good controller for pc that would be similar to an Xbox one controller?
You won't go back to any other controller.
Re: Small Guide on PC's
I'd like to get a wheel but I wouldn't buy a cheap one, from past experience they are dreadful. If you want a controller I have a PDP wired Xbox one controller and works fine. Only €30 too I think.

I'd have get a wireless as my living room is fairly big. I'd eventually like to buy a steering wheel setup, but my computer I ordered just broke the bank...

Fairly certain it's available in wireless too. Don't think there is a wireless wheel available though.

I'm not sure how that would work. You also need a power outlet for the steering wheel, as they require mains.Jballak9197 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 30, 2019 12:27 pm I'd have get a wireless as my living room is fairly big. In any case, I'm sure you'll be quite busy in the meantime searching through the hundreds of mods available for PC

I prefer a PS4 controller but they both work perfectly fine with PC. Not sure what the deal is with using the Xbone controller wireless (I had a dongle when I used to use a 360 controller with PC), PS4 definitely needs an adapter.

My boys and I like watching Farmer Klein's tour of County Line Map on YouTube. I personally like the older farm equipment and no matter how big the farm get we still with small the mid size equipment like our family farm did.george.earlslight wrote: ↑Tue Jul 30, 2019 12:53 pmI'm not sure how that would work. As far as the steering wheel and cords, I'd have to get extended cords to reach.
I've been curious about a few of the older JD tractor mods like the 4440 series, the 4640 series, and the 8830 turbo Combine. Do y'all happen to know if these mods are any good? I like Massey Ferguson but no one has made a 1135 or 1155 yet.

Re: Small Guide on PC's
Plenty of mods on other sites are huge and not very well made so can cause issues with the game and slow it down.

Anyone's guess really, pot luck for the most part.
Re: Small Guide on PC's
That's the site I mainly use but before downloading off there, I'd recommend to take a look at the credits section of the page and try searching for the modder in that section, as a majority of the mods on there aren't actually posted by the authors.Jballak9197 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 30, 2019 2:54 pmOk thanks, all the mods I've looked at are on FarmingSimulator19mods.com are these mods not all ok?
You'll also want to take a look around Facebook as there are quite a few pages and groups for fs19 mods around there. One of the fairly larger groups I'm in is expendables modding, though a lot of the stuff they do are trucks and placeables.
