It depends really. I have certain games that I just use the ultra preset on, but then there are a couple where, I do that but then have to go in and make some small changes to the settings to keep the average fps to 60 or above. On FS though, I have everything completely maxed and then later on i decided to make some ini edits to further increase the graphical settings, though it definitely hit in the fps department.

I read the topic again after I posted the last post, did what you said in one of your posts and FPS took a hit, 40 to 50, but holy smokes is it ever clear, it almost looks like real life

1. Go to my documents
2. Select farming simulator 19 folder
3. Copy savegame folder & mods folder
4. Paste said copies to separate storage device
5. Voilà you're ready to reinstall windows!

Personally, I’d go for a whole new system, you could possibly increase the ram to 8 gb and maybe upgrade the graphics card, but it’s likely your cpu would begin bottlenecking rather easily with some of the more recent cards.

I thought as much may have read though the all of the post. Am looking at an I3 9TH gen min 16gb ram possible gtx 980 or 1080 for graphics

Does anyone have a monitor with AMD FreeSync technology?
Is it worth buying such a monitor to play FS?

I’d go for an i5, especially if you’re looking to pair it with a 1080.

99% of monitors and tv’s offer freesync, gsync is the one that is on a select few and I believe the physics engine in game is somewhat related to the fps, could be wrong about that and thus it’s not really necessary to have gsync though some freesync monitors now allow gsync as well.

To note: Freesync is for amd graphics cards while gsync is for nVidia graphic cards.

Those should do fine together, you could maybe even get a stronger graphics card. Maybe something like the 1660 or the 2060.

I only have a small budget to play with really may just get slightly more expensive one.

I would highly highly recommend squeezing your budget to allow a 1660 as the 1050ti is a very bad card especially if you want decent settings with a good amount of mods..

Just look at some youtube comparison's and you'll want a 1660

Also seeing as you'll be running a GPU and not onboard graphics I'd suggest dropping the CPU water cooler as the included air cooler would be enough for the 3200g

Water cooler is way overkill for that system or any really unless you want to overclock like crazy.
