Chicken coop with drinking trough

Post by LukeFarmer »

I wanted to ask giants if it is possible to have chicken coops with drinking troughs, those that are now are not very real, even chickens need water

P.s: for consoles

Just water them anyway, while filling other animals water go to chickens as well and pretend to give them some water, gotta be a little imaginative

I know that Giants probably won't make a gravity wagon, but I love to read the responses.

There is a mod... Animal Pen Extension by LS Mod Company on the in game Modhub. It gives options like:
1. Plumbing connection for water into animal troughs
2. Auto sell milk for you
3. add water trough to chicken coop

don't think this mod works for consoles though :(

In fact, I asked the Giants if he can implement this basic thing in the game, it's unthinkable that the chickens don't drink
This thing should not be asked by the players or made as a mod, but it should already be basic, and then enough with this thing that you can't do on the console, it has been shown that the console Console sees new crops and complex feeding of animals, see map R. D. C

Not just not drink, but the horses and chickens does not poo also!
Why horses not producing manure?
Why chickens not drinking?

RDC has chickens that need water and also make poop and horses produce poop, sheep also produce milk and poop(I think) . So it can be done

They seem to think it's not their job to finish anything. There are many incomplete functionalities in the game, and always has been. It's like they start something, get bored, and move on to something else.
Chickens have been around since the beginning of the game, and this is the first version where you need to feed them. Maybe you'll be able to water them in 23.
