How do i

Hi all i was trying to pick up and process fallen tree or trees that ive chainsawed using the JD harvester that allows you to tip the cutting head but it wont pick the logs or process them ive opened the head placed it over the log but the grips just go straight through the log or on the very rare occasion that it will pick up the log i cant find a way to cut them. So is it possible or is this just gimmick or am i doing something wrong ?

You have to turn the head horizontal then open grabs

You really don’t even have to grab it with the claws. Just turn it horizontal and push cut.

Ive sorted it i had the head down but facing the wrong way sorry i posted it originally on the other forum and someone said post it on the English one so thats why i posted it twice
